「Booking was confirmed and it was closed on arrival. I need this looked at asap. Wasted time and petrol getting there.」

「Aniva is a great host and the ladies that help her are lovely. The breakfast is very nice, the rooms clean and it's nice and close to Apia. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not terribly so, the shower is great and the pool is a delight in the heat, even though it's over-chlorinated. Definitely pay the extra for A/C (it's a must for sleeping in the heat) and I would recommend paying in advance at the quoted price as there is a small discrepancy in the exchange rate if paying when you...

「Awesome! Nice Hotel and staff. Very kind and sweet service during our stay.」

「Lita the owner was in every way shape and form an incredibly gracious host. We arrived exhausted and burnt out after trekking in from Aufaga and we were at our lowest when she greeted us happily and after looking over our reservations, getting our rooms was no hassle at all. Lita even upgraded my room to an aircon room free of charge just because. She was so kind. There was one day I had to walk up the hill because our rental car couldn't handle the weight of 3 of us and our luggage and she...

It was an awful night, hard beds, cockroaches in the room, the space has strongly smelt...

「This was the most authentic beachfront fale experience I had in Upolu (I stayed at 3 fale properties - october). The fales were not pretentious. Walls are made from coconut palm and the fale has a mattress with a net. The property is safe, I was comfortable to use the exterior bathrooms at odd night hours and walk along the beach. Breakfast and dinner are served small family style and the hosts eat the same menu, and the variety was incredible.」

「-10 out of 10!!!! The hotel was crap, no bar, no hot water, no staff at night, no fan.....the wall is broken, not worth the money at all. Should give me the refund!」
