We were very disappointed with this place.

Don’t stay here. My family and I were very disappointed when we arrived as there was no reception and we had to find our way around at night to find the lady. She seemed friendly but there was something about her that was untrustworthy. Our room was a suite but the only thing good about it was the comfortable, double bed. The bathroom smelled like a sewer all the time, the toilet paper and towels were like sandpaper on the skin and there were no security on the inside of the door. Also, the hot tub outside our room was no more than a dirty, cold foot bath. The one nice thing about the place was the large, clean pool. The kids really enjoyed that. As far as the closeness to the beach, we were led to believe online that it was a 3 min walk. It was at least 10 minutes! Once we arrived at the main beach area the places to eat and shop were amazing. It was just sad to go back to the Blue Perla as we felt unsafe, uneasy and annoyed that there was a lack of care into their outdated buildings and rooms. I could go on and on about the other details but I think my point was made.

Pas terrible par rapport à l annonce pas de petit déjeuner, pas de ménage obliger de courir derrière la propriétaire pour avoir du papier toilette jacuzzi non chauffé et qui se vide toute les 15 min! Vraiment trésor décevant dommage !!alors que c est l unique suite je n image pas l état des chambres standard !

Breakfast should be invluded in this package but its only a very dry bread and jam. You need to asked for coffee. Toilet becomes dirty and smelly. Towel wont be change until 3 days? Wi fi very poor you need to go out to get the wifi. Hot water on and off. Location is good close to everything. Overall dissapointing.

Nice relaxing holiday

Nice hotel, we stayed in jacuzzi room. Very comfy bed so worth the buy extra we paid. Lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds and there were always places to lie in either sun or shade, depending how you felt. Bars and restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Seafront restaurants and bars 7 minutes. So god selection. Special mention to Kiki who runs the hotel as she is lovely....very genuine, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely holiday!!

Blue Perla Suite war soweit ganz in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und neue Handtücher und das Bett gemacht. Die Matratze war leider viel zu hart, so dass man Rückenschmerzen bekam. Der Whirlpool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man die Temperatur regeln hätte können. Es war sehr kalt. Am große Pool, gab es nur alte Liegen ohne Auflagen, das fanden wir nicht so toll. Wir hatten kein Frühstück, zumal es auch nicht gut ausgesehen hatte. Zwei Scheiben Toast mit Butter, Marmelade, und Nescafé und Orangensaft nicht frisch gepresst. Sehr dürftig. Wir hatten jeden Morgen Nescafé für €3,00, der sehr dünn gehalten war, mehr Wasser als Nescafé. Das Hotel hätte eigentlich ein großes Frühstück (Buffet). Mit Käse, Wurst, Eiern, Paprika usw..anbieten sollen. Dies sollte sie ändern es wäre für dieses Hotel zum Vorteil. Die Dame des Hauses war sehr nett, sie hätte mehr daraus machen können als nur rum sitzen. Z. B Gepflegteres Aussehen. Menschen sehen mit den Augen.

Das war ein Albtraum. Dreckig Service null

Das war ein Albtraum. Dreckig Service null Zimmer sehr schlecht, ohne fenster. Das Bett war so hardt, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte. Wir haben Essen Bestellt, das Besteck war schmutzig, über das Essen kann gar nicht schreiben, war furchtbar. Dieses Hotel ändert sein Namen jedes Jahr, haben die Bewohner erzählt.

Great staff - poor facilities and rooms

I booked a double room with jet tub and was initially given a dump of a room with no tub. Eventually moved to my correct room. The outside tub was freezing and the shower water in the 'suite' was cold too. I asked for this to be fixed and it was only sorted for one shower. The rest were cold again. Only one glass in the whole apartment to drink from and this was never cleaned. The rooms are not serviced on a Sunday either. No toiletries in the room despite advertising there are. The room was 'adequate' but I know I could have found much better accommodation for a similar price.

Hadde bestilt to suitter med boble bad, men fikk bare en og et vanlig hotellrom, dårlig med varmt vann på morgenen, vasken var full av svartsopp og hadde nesten ikke rennende vann, boblebadet var skittent med lunkent vann,kjøkkenet manglet alt av utstyr ikke et glass å oppdrive ei heller kopper og kar, grei seng og sofa, ligger ca 10 min fra stranda.

l'hotel non è nella posizione indicata ma ben più distante dal mare quasi 900 metri. non esiste una reception aperta 24 su 24 come indicato, ma solo di giorno presso il bar della reception. la stanza non assomiglia minimamente a quelle fotografate nel sito, gli asciugamani vecchi e logori non sono mai stati cambiati, idem per le lenzuola. siamo stati costretti adirittura un giorno a chiedere la carta igenica. la cucina è inutilizzabile in quanto mancano i fornelli, per fortuna il frigorifero funzionava, le posate erano poche e ruggini, un unico piatto, una pentola qualche bicchiere e alcune tazze sporche completavano il set di cucina. solo l'ultimo giorno ci siamo accorti che lo strano odore che si sentiva in camera era dovuto al climatizzatore che aveva i filtri intasati di polvere. la tv e un 14 pollici senza telecomando inutilizzabile, e senza satellite. unica cosa riscontrata positiva era il wifi free non siamo andati via perchè ci sappiamo adattare, per pochi giorni.

Le foto e la descrizione dell'hotel certo non corrispondono a verità. La posizione dell'hotel rispetto alla spiaggia non è di soli 5 min come descritto ma di ben oltre 800 m e la reception non esiste tant'è che non ci è mai stato chiesto nessun documento, ne tantomeno siamo stati registrati al nostro arrivo, però la proprietaria è disponibile e gentile per qualsiasi richiesta in qualsiasi momento. Noi soggiornavamo in una specie di appartamento devo dire molto spazioso con all'interno un vecchio bancone reception rimasto lì presumo in seguito ad una ristrutturazione che, a parte l'imbarazzo iniziale, abbiamo utilizzato come armadio dato che quello esistente era troppo piccolo. Esisteva un cucinino con piastre elettriche però la stoviglieria era praticamente inesistente quindi al massimo sufficiente per una prima colazione. Le pulizie in camera venivano fatte tutte i giorni e la biancheria cambiata regolarmente anche se, soprattutto gli asciugamani, erano molto usurati. Nel complesso devo dire che noi, dato che siamo persone facilmente adattabili, siamo stati bene anche perché in hotel rimanevamo pochissimo e occupavamo il nostro tempo per girare l'isola che è incantevole.

Beautiful place and gorgeous people kiki

Oh we had an amazing stay here just beautiful our own little jacuzzi place was stunning but most of all kiki (sandy) is just beautiful such an amazing person her family her traditions. Nothing was ever a problem went out of her way to make sure our stay was memorable I would highly recommend this place to stay

Awful,worst hotel I have ever been to

I left after 2 hours & only that long because I was arguing with Expedia, before booking something else and leaving. We were out in an old reception room. Desk still there key box still there, bare wires hang out of several walls. 5 single beds despite bokkjng one double 2 singles. No sheets & 2 pillows. One horrid old towel I would but use on a stray dog. Toilet didn't flush, manager was informed & just walked off disinterested. No kettle, few utensils, random forks, couple of bowls a dangerous looking hot plate, a fridge that I would not have put anything in, no hair dryer. No balcony. An aircon unit but no remote, no TV, old mismatching dresser with large stain. Glass topped table that clearly had not been cleaned. Hot stuffy room, nothing like the description or the pictures. We bailed after 2 hours & went to another hotel. Never even checked in, the manager took 15-20 minutes to even find a record of our booking & that was only when pushed. Never asked for iID or proof of booking.
