“Great hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, we felt safe around the area. excellent breakfeat selection. Highly recommended this hotel. I booked this hotel because of good reviews.”

“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!”
