"Great location within walking distance to museums, cafes and shopping. We were in a basement apartment with a nice kitchen and comfortable bed. Not the cleanest apartment due to the wall-to-wall carpets, the walls that had some stains that weren't cleaned and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. "

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."

"This was the noisiest apartment that I ever stayed in. Street noise echoed through the entire apartment. The apartment was comfortable, but the chairs were rickety. The bedding was good. The bath was good."
