It was very private, clean very close to lake. Owner was so sweet very polite .

Impress how big & clean nice area to BBQ Lake was 15 mins away. Price was best of all . Most definitely will be back.

Great convenient fishing camp with quick launch access only a minute away.

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head for a few hours between fishing trips located near many popular spots this place is great. I would not recommend bringing wives or anyone looking for anything more than that. Host was very friendly and responded to my inquiries and even offered fishing advice. My only critique is the property could use a thorough cleaning.

Its a fishing camp. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Anyone who wears fingernail polish probably wouldn't be happy with it. Dirt road for the last couple hundred yards would be pretty messy if it rains.

Nice little cabin that’s perfect for a fishing trip to the best bass lake in the country!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again. As far as location goes, it’s definitely out there in the sticks but let’s be honest, everywhere is around the lake. The access to Monterey Boat Ramp is as close as you will find and only being 10 minutes from Zavalla was nice as well. This was an excellent stay and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
