I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional. "

"Upon arrival the debit reader was down and the staff member tried to ask for a copy of my debit card to get keycards. We said no and they put us down as a cash payment. The debit card reader issue was resolved the next day and we used that option. The first room we got had some significant water damage that the cleaning staff obviously didn’t report to the manager or maintenance. The second room was nice. "Room cleanliness and service were great. Breakfast lacked freshness….. bagels were hard as rocks, no breakfast meat!! Very shocked there were no directions for watching TV…. Had to call front desk, NO movie channels and NO streaming services. I will certainly think twice before booking at Wingate again. "
