"This hotel is in the middle of a central square in the city with easy walking to events and attractions. The use of the historic school admin building makes for a great atmosphere. Very freindly and professional staff."

"My family (of 3) and I enjoyed the hotel and the room we stayed so much. Located near many restaurants right in downtown Cleveland. It was fun to walk around. The room was spacious (we chose a king bed with a pullout sofa). Mainly because this room is bigger than a normal 2 queens or 1 king. Huge and clean bathroom. It’s just comfortable. The lobby is nice and welcoming. I truly have no complaint. "

"Convenient location. Easy to walk to dinner, shops, or walk to a game. Valet parking very convenient. Room was clean and staff friendly. "

"First time staying here. Would definitely come back for another visit. Visiting a National Park here also. Did not know it was here."

"If you want Old World charm and a chance to unwind this is a great location in Cleveland. My favorite memory is how kind professional and caring all members of staff were. Would love to return in coming years."

"Convenience to Progressive Field and around town. Liked the restaurant in the hotel and their staff. Didn’t like the fact that you had to pay $18 pp for the breakfast buffet that you would normally get for free at other Hilton chains. "

"During the week it was quiet. Was there for 2 Saturday nights and was extremely noisy. Police attended and a domestic argument. Room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. "

"The front desk was a bit hard to find, I mistook it for the bar and thought I had come in the wrong door. I didn’t see any one to ask and went back out looking for another entry. When I came back in finally there was some one at the desk to check me in. "
