"They deactivated my cards to get into my room at 10:20 am and I was supposed to check out at 11 am without access to grab my things. It was a challenging experience. Also the staff at the front desk hung up on my wife as she was asking for a rollaway bed. I’m just sticking to facts I want add an extra. Property was great! "

"Booked and junior suite weeks in advance and once we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any suites available and that obviously I had just booked (which was untrue). Was accommodated but highly upset. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. "

"Our oceanfront room was beautiful and just right. It was also super clean, which was a pleasant surprise for a beach hotel that sees a lot of sand come through the door! Despite a frustrating check-in process (see below), we did love our stay and plan to stay here again next time we're in Myrtle Beach. The grounds are lovely. They have lots of games and activities in the grass area between the hotel and beach. And a beach bar next door. Two important things to remember: Checkin is 4 pm. And...

"I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again. "

"The condo was very nice and very clean! The elevator did smell obnoxiously of cigarette smoke. I did like the key code to get in the elevator area. There was allot of strip noise even for out of season. Overall, it’s a very nice property and the condo itself was very nice!"

"We had a good time there even though it was just for one night. The only thing that I had a problem with was that one of the recliners was broken "
