A perfect combination of tranquility and elegance
The villa just renovated was the historical home of the village's blacksmith, using water from the stream next to the house to drive the large power-hammer.
The property now consists of a large living room with fully equiped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (max 10 people), 5 bathrooms and relaxation games room where there is an historic billiard "De Agostini" from 1899.
No.3 Double bedrooms all with ensuite
No.1 Quadruple room with enuite ( twin and bunk-bed )
Separate kitchen and living room with fireplace
Biliard and games room with relax areas
Garden terrace with seating ( aperitivo o'clock ) and panoramic balcony.
Amenities include: Satellite TV in all bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi fibre, Internet radio world stations, Safe, toiletries. towels, linen, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer, iron, dish washer, microwave,toaster, cuttley, crockery, glasses, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, etc.
