A cottage has the most beautiful ocean and Nevis view , located in a 1.5 aces land in turtle beach , the prime location for successful local people and international investors . The landscape is very beautiful and matured since it’s the first house built in this area. The litter lovely cottage is about 30 meters from the main house, has its own privacy, best for a couple looking for a romantic stay or a single for a get away. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the Park Hyatt

Please note that! At present, there is a serious shortage of fresh water on the island, and the water supply in this area is often stopped irregularly. When there is water cut-off , the water storage and supply system will work. So please save wter. Thank you! 16/10/2022

The sand was contaminated with many algae, but I was informed that some of the algae are left on the beach because they are part of a micro ecosystem. Behind the beach there is a lagoon that at the time exuded a strong swamp smell.

Turtle Beach White House

Owner played games with us. Did not give us notice that property was unavailable until we contacted them about checking in. Tried to put us in another property in an area we did not want to stay in. Only after we complained did the property miraculously became available again. Would not refund our money and then property Manager only gave a small window to meet us at the property. Do not rent from this owner as you will be taken as we were. In the end we had to rent another property.

Turtle Beach Vistas

We enjoyed the stay however a thing should be pointed out to make it easier for others (not sure though how to put it together since we received a different unit than we booked) 1. There are no beach towels - so if you are planning to go any in the area you must have your own towels - somewhat unusual for a caribbean island 2. The only place serving breakfast in the area is the Hyatt property - excellent food and quality but very pricey, otherwise everything is about 20 minutes drive through the hills back to Frigate Bay 3. The windows have now curtains/shades - not that there are people walking bay but the placement of toilet and it's direct window to the parking of the property was unusual - I think that one at the very least must have some curtain or cover It's a nice serene property, some wear and tear here and there showed - in particular in the bathroom/bath area but for 2 nights it didn't bother us
