Great location

Great location in city center. Conan a great host and clear communicator. Coffee and tea available for convenience as well as a washer which really helped out. Clean and comfortable, highly recommend this place.

Comfortable home in a great location!

This was a comfortable home away from home in a great location in Belfast - centrally located, easy to get anywhere. There are oots of reataurants and bars nearby, public transport right there, and many things within a very short walk. The flat is tastefully decorated and generally well equipped. The beds were pretty comfortable, there are reading lights conveniently located, and plenty of closet space and clothes storage so you don't have to live out of a suitcase if you don't want to. Kitchen was well stocked, although we did not really cook, but we easily could have. I appreciated that there were tea bags and coffee available when we arrived (although we did our grocery run and got our own - always nice to be able to grab a cup before that). We communicated with Conan earlier on our arrival time and he graciously accommodated allowing us to check in a little early given our earlier arrival in the city. The listing is accurate, and there are a lot of stairs to get in the house - not a problem for us, but for some people that may be an issue. I would have liked to have a book of “frequently asked questions” - like how to work the heaters, hot water, etc but it is all pretty standard for the UK and we figured it out. When I did have questions, Conan was quite responsive and helpful. I really appreciated having space for me and my 2 adult children to spread out and relax like we would at home - far better than being in a tight hotel room for 6 days, and far more cost-effective!! I’d stay here again !
