“To get a beach towel you have to leave a 10euro deposit to the reception ONLY BY CASH m like we live in the ancient world. Same thing goes for ironing, you have to leave a CASH deposit of 20 e for 2/3hours so you go back and forth to the reception with cash :) ASLO I stayed at the hotel and wanted to enjoy a drink at the rooftop with a friend who lives in the city, we were told thet we can’t because he’s not at the hotel! We were going to pay the drinks of course but it’s not possible. I paid……
