Located in Benissa, this spacious 450 sqm villa accommodates up to 20 guests across 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. You will find a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. The villa features air conditioning, WiFi, television, fan, washing machine, and clothes dryer for your comfort and convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, 2 private covered terraces, 2 private uncovered terraces, and 2 private balconies, all offering sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool provides the perfect spot for relaxation, and you can refresh yourself with the outdoor shower. For dining al fresco, a private grill is available for your use.



The property offers 4 shared on-site parking spaces and parking available in the street. Public transportation is conveniently nearby. Up to 2 pets are welcome to join your stay. Beach towels are provided for your convenience, and events are not allowed on the property.

Great location but a bit worn down

The villa is located near the sea with nice small beaches in walking distance. The house itself is good for 4 families with seperate apartments, outdoor kitchen and a lovely pool. Only downside was the standard of the furniture and equipments. Many chairs etc was worn down and parts of the garden would need a refresch. Upside was the host Anna, really nice and service minded. All in all we enjoyed our stay but if the standard had been higher so would the rating.

Superbe villa, extérieurs superbes, piscine très grande nous étions 20 personnes. Anna est une hôte d'exception, très accueillante et très sympathique ! La villa est très bien placée pour visiter la costa blanca.
