APARTMENT LOCATED JUST IN THE CENTER OF CALELLA, 5 MINUTES WALKING FROM THE BEACH AND 1 MINUTE FROM THE MAIN COMMERCIAL STREET. FREE Wi-Fi.

· Just 5 minutes walking from the beach and only 1 minute from the main shopping street called carrer Església.
· Perfect apartment for couples.
· Balcony and garden furniture.
· TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Free Wi-Fi
· Kitchen equipped with appliances (small refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster ...)
· A bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
· Shops, supermarkets, restaurants ... around the apartment and in the center of Calella, all on foot.
· Calella is a family and sports tourist destination city: beaches, promenade, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports ...
· You can also visit beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa de Barcelona, towns on the Costa Brava and the cities of Barcelona and Girona.
· Calella train station 7 minutes walking away, you can go to by train to the center of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya).
· Well connected, next to the N-II highway and a few minutes from the access to the C-32 highway (Barcelona)
· Barcelona-El Prat airport at 70 km and Girona-Costa Brava airport at 40 km.

· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to show an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets not Allowed.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
