This resort was amazing. Check in was flawless and the staff...Belkim was so helpful before our arrival with arranging a special breakfast and our spa days. Ruben, Emilio and Mario in the restaurants, Gregorio at the 5 O'Clock Somewhere bar made our vacation one of our very best. Could have done without he pressure to go visit the adults only resort (3 times) but we didn't let that wreck our vacation.

We arrived during the off season (Sept) and fell in love with this small, intimate resort! The rooms super clean, the pools and grounds very clean and laid out nicely. The staff were amazing and the beaches always clean, raked and beautiful. First time at a smaller resort - usually have visited the larger chains - and it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a smaller (SAFE) resort for families and more customized services, this is the place. The entertainment was top notch and overall a lovely, calm, quiet, beautiful place to be. We rate this a 9/10 for our experience here.

The wait staff, bartenders and maid service were top notch. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The check-in was stress free and checkout very smooth. Mostly al la carte. Buffet only for breakfast and one evening so evening and lunch options limited. Frank and Lola’s is a must. We were a group of 12 and everyone loved everything they ordered.

We had a swim up suite and absolutely loved it. The beach was cleaned every morning and was lovely. we were in a big group and everyone seemed to enjoy the atmosphere of the resort. The food was quite hit or miss. There is no buffet most of the time except breakfast. The Italian a la carte was great but the fushion was bad. Rita's Taco house was really good. The resort is quite secluded from anything else so you need a cab to go anywhere and they are quite slow and expensive. All in all I would stay there again
