"The hotel was a lot of fun! Cool library cafe, nice pool bar and pool area but I do wish there was a little more space to sit around the pool. The rooms were very clean, bright, and a cool layout. Love that the toilet, shower and sink are all separate. Spacious closets with deep drawers. Plant of counter space. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again. "

"The first room we received was hot so Marlon at the front desk was super accommodating. The second room was better but there were stains on the sheets, the pull out bed was uncomfortable but it did the trick. After the A/C was fixed, the room stayed cool but then the sink started to leak, the fridge was frozen and when we told Marlon, again he immediately sent us maintenance. Bryan was amazing, friendly and he tried to fix everything that we asked him for. Service was 10 out of 10 which made all...

"Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Outstanding and accommodating staff. Fresh cookies at 8pm. Very cool speakeasy bar with hidden passage. Conveniently located. Only drawback was hearing the streetcar early in the morning"

"The hotel location is very convenient. Walkable everywhere in the French quarter but far enough from the noise so you can get a good nights sleep. Our room did not have a window so that may bother some but it was well lit and it did not bother us. Bathroom was nicely done and has a fan… my pet peeve in hotel room bathrooms. The front desk ladies specially Beverly were super. Friendly, knowledgeable and every ready to help. They have cookies and lemonade in the afternoon which is a welcome treat...
