"Very welcoming entry area, room was very clean and the space was very efficiently organized so that even as a small room, it had a full bathroom with tub and shower, including a separate sink/mirror plus another separate area with counter and mirror, with a tiny pod coffee maker. "We stayed in on of the rooms that was not on busy Lombard Street. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and in good repair, though outdated. The front desk person was friendly. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood was safe. We enjoyed having breakfast across the street at Mel's Drive-in. There were lots of other restaurants nearby."

"Had a great stay at the Stratford. Location was great, only hiccup is that they don't have luggage storage if you arrive early or leave later in the day. They refer you across the street to store your bags for $8 a day. I didn't mind, but would have been nice to leave bag with the hotel. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place. "
