To begin with, they list baby cribs among their amenities, yet when I went to the front desk to request one, I was told they didn't have any; consequently, we couldn't sleep that night because we had to keep watch over our one-year-old to ensure he didn't fall out of the bed. 「Parking and breakfast was terrible」

「When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price.」

「The room was in terrible condition. The door would barely open and there were holes in the walls and cords everywhere. There was no fan in the bathroom and water damage from the shower above. The beds were very springy but comfortable enough. The staff was friendly though barely present.」

「Good place to sleep. Staff was super awesome. Actually gave us towels everyday!!! Shower was a little blahhh but over all the place was great to hang out when needed. My boys came up to see me on Father’s Day. Room fit all 5 no problem. Had to use my air mattress but all good. Right on the side of Lookout 20 or 30 mins from almost all the good waterfalls, trails and attractions which we did most. Best stay thus far. Been on a road trip for over 2 months and this was a good area! F Gatlinburg!...

「Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!」

「The pillows looked like they someone had just been laying on them, the bedding looked "clean" but doubt it was. We had to wipe the chair off and there was a brown substance that came off the chair on the rag. The hand towels and shower towels were stained, again doubt they were actually clean. The room was a smoking allowed as it was the only one they had left but it smelled way worse than a smoking room should. I will be asking for a refund as the description, pictures, and cleanliness did not...

「The front corner room had handicap shower access which was nice. But being right on the highway with emergency vehicle sirens in the middle of the night and related vehicle traffic were a distraction in getting a good night’s sleep. Choosing a room further in back would be a good decision.」
