"The location is fantastic—very walkable and close to everything while being safe and quiet. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay feel really welcoming. Clean amenities and excellent service all around. The only downside was the mattress—it was an older coil style and not the most comfortable for a good night’s sleep. That said, everything else was lovely, and I’d still happily stay here again for the great location and overall experience."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel, very easy distance to theatre land. Only negative was the breakfast area / reception were the same area so was a bit chaotic with guests standing around with suitcases causing a bottleneck when trying to have a relaxing breakfast "

"The hotel was great and ease of checking in. The only thing that needs addressing is breakfast. There did not seem to be enough staff and our table was not cleared at all. There was a group of us on the table with very little room to manoeuvre plates etc. This was the only issue we had otherwise a great overnight stay. Thank you "
