"The condo was very well equipped. Kitchen was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Large TV was great for watching basketball tournament. Loved the long walks on the beach. Our grandsons from colorado have been to summerhouse several times and requested that we spend their spring break there. They are 16 and 18. March weather could have been more cooperative but we did have some good weather days. Thank you."

"Love the area, lots to do and ample ways to relax. Played pickle ball every morning and beached in the afternoon. Close to everything but not in the middle of the crowds. Will be back for sure!"

"Comfortable, pretty apartment unit. Everything we needed was there. Loved the easy access to the beach! We had a relaxing week and loved St Augustine. Just be aware that there are stairs involved - getting to the apartment and also to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us, but maybe for others."

"This property, while not directly oceanfront, is only a few steps to the beautiful Crescent Beach! It served our purpose very well as we had family just a short distance down the beach, and we were able to visit with only a short walk. It is centrally located with access to restaurants and grocery stores. This property was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to coming back again in the near future. We hated to leave☺️."

"This is our second time at Beacher's Lodge and this time we were on the fourth floor middle. It is a better view than our previous rental due to being a straight at the ocean and beach view. We especially liked the higher chairs on the balcony because I sit short and with a traditional chair I'd be looking at the railing balcony. The decor was cute.
