Très bien placé à 10 min du centre ville à pied Logement pas très confortable - salle de bain à refaire, le revêtement tombe - manque un canapé dans le salon pour pouvoir se poser à 4- extérieur pas exploitable : trop chargé et juste une table de camping pliante - intérieur très chargé pas la place de poser ses affaires, nous avons dû laisser notre réserve alimentaire dans un sac par terre- l’intimité sonore entre les deux chambres est inexistante car un simple plancher bois entre les deux et ajouréLa poubelle de la salée de bain n’avait pas été vidée pour notre arrivée

Il n'y a pas de sommier dans la chambre du 2e étage, la terrasse est envahie par le lierre et les plantes mortes, la table et les chaises semblent abandonnées là depuis plusieurs mois. Il y a un manque cruel d'entretien, tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. La salle de bain en est un bon exemple car les revêtements se délitent. Il n'y a d'ailleurs pas de store ou rideau occultant dans cette pièce, malgré le vis-à-vis. La maison nécessiterait une remise en état et une mise aux normes, notamment électriques et au niveau des aérations. Les raccordements électriques sont dangereux. Il y a des dégoulinures sur les murs et des dépôts suspects derrière le matelas (voir photos). Enfin, le linge n'est pas propre : torchon à l'odeur rance et cheveux sur les serviettes et dans le lit. Il y a également de nombreuses toiles d'araignée. De plus, plusieurs meubles sont remplis de papiers et effets personnels cachés par des couvertures ; or, il n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il s'agit d'un logement occupé. En rentrant chez vous, vous aurez le plaisir de retrouver l'odeur de renfermé et d'humidité en ouvrant vos valises.
