「Tidewater has always been a favorite of ours. Until we had to walk 12 flight of stairs cause the elevator kept going out. So being on the 4th floor was a definite improvement. 」

「We had a great vacation. The condo was very nice and lots of room. 」

「Host are great at communicating and even notified us that we could check in early. The location is excelle t. Has a Winn Dixie grocery store just to the east and the famous Thomas Donuts just to the west of the condo. Thw two pools was never crowded extra large jacuzzi was incredible. The unit comes with 2 beach chairs which is a extra bonus because rental of the chairs come a 60 per day charge. Will definitely be my new return condo. 」

「This was our first family trip since the passing of my late husband and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. From the booking process to the check in of our actual stay. Everything was so smooth. The place was clean when we arrived and had plenty of room for me and my 4 boys. We will definitely be staying again for future visits!’」

「This property was everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Close to the elevators but we did not hear any noise from them while we were there. Bunk beds and a pull out couch are included as well. However, the pull out couch was pretty uncomfortable. The mattress was on its last leg. We literally just slept on the couch. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed. 」

「Everything was good except that there weren't clean towels when we arrived. All of them where in the dryer,and since they were a lot and mixed with sheets, They would not have dried in two days. When I opened the dryer machine, I saw that towels were dirty and I had to wash them again in two loads. It could be because it was a very heavy load and washer machine is small. My suggestion is if there is a have a check out and check in same day, they need extra towels, otherwise new guesses won't...

「We had a great relaxing vacation! 」

「Everything was great and the room was awesome! 」

「Me, my husband and our three kids stayed here for a week. The bed was super comfy and the air worked great so the condo was nice a cool. You can watch fish and turtles in the pond on the back patio. The walk to the beach or pools isn’t bad at all. We will be staying again.」

「Great place. Still issues with the elevators and with the “beach police”. Other than those two things that are out of the owner’s hands, was a beautiful place that was exactly as advertised. 」

「Great get away for my granddaughter‘s senior trip. It was just three girls having fun. The place was perfect. The balcony was beautiful bedroom spacious kitchen perfect.Close to a lot of amenities,My only complaint was the parking garage. It’s a little scary, especially if you have to park next to someone in the tight spots. Other than that, it was absolutely fabulous.」

The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The parking underneath the building is limited but we were able to find a space ~80% of the time. 「Great location, clean property, very nice condo. We stayed 5 nights, got early check in last minute after arriving early. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. The only down fall to this place is the elevator wait. Other then that it was a wonderful stay, but try to get ground floor if you don’t want to wait for elevators.」
