The place is in development and there was no restaurant service, due to the limited number of guests, but there are kitchenettes in the cabanas... And "

"This was not the place we stayed at even though we booked it through the site. we were informed it was booked out and was forced to pick the caracol location without explanation or a refund. The experience was beyond horrible that we stayed at a different hotel for a night just to avoid the nightmare we endured during the stay. I will never use this platform and will make sure my colleagues do not either. "
