- Contact us regarding long term winter ski rental! Inquire about 10% discount for returning guests! Just 5 miles to Terry Peak! Our Western themed Lead condominium has all the amenities of home--adjustable Queen bed, dishwasher, Roku TV, under sink disposal, well-stocked kitchen, baseboard heating and portable AC. Come spend some time close to everything in the Black Hills --Deadwood, 5 miles from Terry Peak Skiing, hiking, ATV trails, wildlife, local breweries and so much more! Laundry facilities are on site. The unit is on the back of the building. There is no balcony or front facing view.

This condo was in a great location. It was very clean and cozy. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed a d a fully stocked kitchen. The hosts were very communicative, which is always nice. Would definitely recommend this condo.

What an amazing place. Very clean and very comfortable place to stay at. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

We just stayed here as we explored the Black Hills. It was super cute, welcoming and comfortable. Owners reached out to make sure we were all set. I’d recommend this place and will stay here again!

We rode 1100 miles to stay here so we could use it as a base to see all the sites close by (rode another 800 miles while here) it is a great location for that! Place was exactly as pics show, well stocked and clean! Would stay here again !

Our stay in Lead was perfect. This condo was clean and in an excellent location for activities in Deadwood, Spearfish, and Devils Tower. The condo was in walking distance of a great brewery and restaurant in Lead. We will definitely be back!
