"Stevie the host was great, attentive and assisted with all our needs. This is a well loved house and animals well cared for. I enjoyed meeting the animals. It was great visiting in the winter and look forward to summer time. Hot water a plenty, heating through out. It was great staying in a piece of history! Thank you! "It was a strange experience, since the parking lot was completely empty. The "Hunters Grill" is closed for renovations and it seems to heve been closed for a while. The other businesses in the building were also closed for the day at 5:15 pm on a Friday. However, I had received a friendly, timely text to find my key in the lock box and get into my room. The room was simple, neat, clean, and reasonably comfortable. Heat and hot water worked well. Goid wifi. Minor complaints: confusing TV...
