This Hotel is in a wonderful location. Loads of really nice restaurants and bars around. The rooms and the furniture in the rooms are a bit tired and they need to be refurbished. Every staff member I met was really nice and I felt very welcome.

Flew to London from Australia at short notice for a bereavement. Arrived at 8am and was given an early check in with no fuss and a very good rate due to low demand due to Covid-19 . Hotel is comfortable and in a great location for amenities and Heathrow.

Terrible service from one of the managers.
Terrible service from a staff member. (who supposedly is a manager). She was very rude and dismissive. The room was not tidied at all from on day to the next although notes were supposedly taken to have the room tidied by 1pm (the manager took the notes). All other members of staff were extremely helpful. Two drinks token were given as an apology which was ok. If unhelpful staff member was removed from the equation then it would have been a good stay. I do understand that the cleaning staff are less at the moment but the situation should have been dealt with better.
