Location was next to Tower Bridge and Tower of London and close to Tower Hill Underground station (5-10 minute walk). Breakfast was very good. Only issue was bedding which had a heavy comforter (no top sheet) and fact that the AC shutdown in the middle of the night, thus we woke up sweating."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mary on reception let us check in early as the room was ready. Mary gave us a quiet room as requested. Guests are not always considerate though as they banged doors and ralked loudly in the early hours of the morning. We checked in on my birthday so a gesture of a card would have been nice."

"The Park Plaza Victoria is a perfect location for a stay in London. It is minutes from the Victoria train, underground, bus and coach stations (and we used every one!) Not only that, but Hamilton and Wicked are playing within a block of the hotel. We booked tickets for Wicked at the last minute and had great seats. There are pubs and cafes for breakfasts within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again - the location was everything, and the hotel was clean, quiet and nicely...
