Angenehm kühle EG-Wohnung bei heißen Außentemperaturen. Großzügiger Garten mit uralten Olivenbäumen. Ideal für unseren Hund. Etwas spartanische Ausstattung.

Très bonne situation de l’appartement dans une belle propriété. Le seul hic, le propriétaire parle italien ou allemand mais pas anglais, on s’en sort quand même ! Appartement un peu sonore mais idéalement situé ! A recommander

Wegen der Hanglage nur das WZi...

Wegen der Hanglage nur das WZi hell, die anderen Räume dunkel. Da es oft geregnet hat, spürte man die Nässe in der Wohnung. Reisetipps: Uferstraße, Promenade am See und Gassen in Malcesine zu eng für die Touristenmassen, Radsportler und Fahrzeuge. DerUferweg ist nicht durchgängig von Nord nach Süd. Bebaute steile Landvorsprünge blockieren ihn des öfteren. Dann muss man an die gefährliche Autostraße gehen, wo der gesamte Verkehr incl. Radrenn–Gruppen, dicht an einem vorbeizieht.

herrliche Aussicht

Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Feriendomizil. Durch den Vermieter fühlten wir uns hervorragend betreut. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war gigantisch und auch der zu nutzende Garten war sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Uns standen für die Woche Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die wir oft genommen haben. Sehr schön ist auch die Nähe zum See, nur wenige Schritte über eine Straße. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen! Petra und Bernhard
