The location is excellent, by the beach and lots of restaurants around the area. I understand this hotel is older but i am sure there is a way to preserve it rather than letting it go and just doing the bare minimum to keep it operational. Staff are all friendly.

We only stayed one night, but it was a good overall experience. The place is a little dated, but the location is excellent, right on the beach and walkable to pretty much everything. There was some construction outside, but it wasn’t a huge issue. For the price, it was definitely worth it, and we would stay here again.

Tv had almost no channels and often cut out. Internet cut out a lot. The hotel was very outdated and surrounded by construction. Staff was nice and room was clean. Shower didn’t drain.

There was a bit of construction, not on the building but it was quiet, no one worked while I was there. I love the old school Miami vibes the place gives. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were the absolute best! I have no complaints and I had the best views for sunrise. I would definitely go back!

Staff was absolutely amazing. The GM Jennifer was sweet as ever and very accommodating. Even with the construction the staff made our stay comfortable and convenient. I know where to stay every time I come to Miami.

Didn’t love the pool, but being right on the beach it doesn’t matter! There was also construction going on, so we had to walk through the parking lot to get to the beach, which also isn’t a big issue. The biggest thing is that the property is old, and with that the elevator takes forever. Beautiful area though, and for the price, it was amazing.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!. The rooms are small and unclean. The photo they show you is NOT the room you will get. Multiple staff members walking around smoking Marijuana pens. Ask to speak with someone from management and was given the run around. Ended up paying to stay somewhere else because the state of this hotel was so bad.

the building was surrounded by construction fences with no direct access to the beach. most rooms didnt have a view of the beach. balconies were shared with neighboring rooms with no privacy wall so zero security between rooms. the beds were dirty, floors and bathroom dirty also. the couch was stained. the bathroom was really old and no well maintained. the staff was very helpful and tried to be accommodating but the two rooms I tried were so bad I couldnt stay at the hotel at all. i do NOT recommend staying here!

Yes, the building is old and the elevator is slow, but it works. The staff is so friendly. The ocean view room is very spacious and extremely clean. The access to the beach couldn’t be any easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
