“The inside of the property is everything you see, very updated. How're it is in a run down part of town which leaves a bad feeling in the beginning but when you're on the very updated, clean comfortable room you'll soon forget the outside.”

“The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not……

“Staff should offer detail information about purchasing the parking pass for the inner city in which the property is located. Parking was challenging. The air conditioner was not very efficient.”
