Excellent location, comfortable room, very comfortable bed sheets and host very attentive in responding quickly, Very pleasant bathroom and shower with hot or cold water if desired, There was coffee in capsules and a coffee maker, I highly recommend the stay, but I suggest small improvements in the room, They are easy details to solve and for that reason I still recommend, Close to everything, markets and restaurants very close by and very polite host, Highly recommend, 💙

Fantastic apartment/hotel in the heart of Paris, The 9th arrondissement is my preferred place to stay in Paris, as everything is within easy reach, The neighborhood boasts charming restaurants and Rue des Martyrs is just a few steps away, The check-in process is simple and any requests are promptly attended to, Additionally, the room is equipped with a high-quality hair dryer, a rare find, The accommodation is spotless, The only downside is the high humidity levels, requiring us to keep the window open at all times (some peeling walls and a hint of mold in the bathroom, a common issue in Parisian flats), The door lacks sound insulation, allowing for noise from neighboring units to be heard in the corridor, Nevertheless, overall a very positive experience and I would certainly return to this establishment,

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
1. Présence de moisissure en grande quantité dans la salle de bain, près de la fenêtre et de la douche. La chambre était si près de la salle de bain que nous avons dû supporter une odeur d'humidité (qui s'était incrustée dans les draps) pour toute la durée du séjour, même en ouvrant la fenêtre pour aérer l'espace; 2. Aucun service de nettoyage, ou de remplacement des serviettes. Nous avons passé plusieurd jours et nuits sans pouvoir s'essuyer avec des serviettes propres ou obtenir d'autres échantillons de savon. Impossible de s'adresser à l'accueil puisqu'il n'y en a pas; 3. Insonorisation pratiquement inexistante. Nous entendions les voisins et le téléviseur, même à bas volume; 4. Il y a une lumière froide à détection dans le corridor, qui s'allume sans que personne ne passe. Le problème, c'est que la porte de la chambre est mal scellée - et la chambre en elle-même si petite - de sorte qu'elle nous réveillait constamment. 5. Il n'y a pas d'ascenceur dans l'immeuble. Vous devrez trimballer vos valises tout en haut de trois cages d'escaliers très étroites.
