"This is an old inn and each room is different so other folks may have a totally different experience. My room, #73, was quite small, suitable for only 1 person. There was no chair, light or electrical receptacles by the desk area. There were also no USB plug ins in the room. There is also no elevator so if you can’t negotiate steps, request a first floor room. On the plus side, the Inn is charming, the staff friendly and helpful, and there is an excellent restaurant attached to the Inn. ...

"I stayed at Superior Living for 4 nights in April 2024. Overall, this property offers great value for the money. Pros: 1. Convenient location for CSU and downtown. I was able to get around on foot, or using shared bicycles, but it can get isolated if you don't like to walk a fair amount (or have a rental car). 2. Lots of space, including a nice kitchen. 3. Bright and airy room with high ceilings. Areas for improvement 1. I had some difficulty getting into the property, as clear instructions...

"Check in people were quite helpful. Room was clean. It had been remodeled and was nice. Comfortable room. Breakfast included waffles, frozen breakfast sandwiches and packaged muffins and snacks, fruit and coffee. Nice overnight stay for the price."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time in a mansion. My room at the Inn was the Damon. It was clean and comfortable as was its bathroom. I had access to a large, well equipped kitchen on the floor below. There were also multiple sitting rooms and plenty of coffee and tea on my floor and the first floor. While there are stairs to climb, they are not difficult and worth the effort. Check in instructions were texted to me and were easy to follow."
