“Had the best time!”

“We had a nice time, but we wish the sea weed problem was disclosed before we booked. The water is so discolored you cannot snorkel or see the sea life:(”

“The room was hot and we couldn’t get the temperature below 73 degrees. There was only two restaurants open; since it is the slow season. We were told we didn’t need to make a reservation. Got to the Italian restaurant and was asked if we had a reservation; said no. Was told we could sit; but the service would be slow and to check out the steakhouse. Was asked the same question at the steakhouse but hit sat right away. Service and food was great.”

“The property is truly beautiful, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. However, the all-inclusive experience felt somewhat restricted due to the operating hours of the bars and restaurants. While there isn't any organized entertainment, you can certainly enjoy a great deal of peace and tranquility.”

“Wonderful hotel. Grounds are beautiful, all the staff is super helpful. We went on off season so not too crowded. All the restaurants were very good. We especially enjoyed Sairey as part of the go team and the imperial band was AMAZING!! Be aware no matter what building you are in there is going to be quite a bit of walking”

“It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special. A terrific restaurant over looking the water, a basic mini golf course on the roof kept my son entertained, a small pool to refresh in and multiple beach side bars with great waiter service made relaxing at the beach the best. Beautiful room with small plunge pool to unwind each afternoon. Finally in a quiet area but literally steps from……

“I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day.
