  • This spacious loft apartment was previously an artist's studio. It is very bright with full glass sound proof windows in the back. The sleeping nook has a queen bed. Roll up black out shades for a good night's sleep. The living area has a dining table, sofa bed, a comfortable reclining chair and a lounge chair. A full bathroom with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen. It has High speed WiFi. Private terrace and outdoor garden. The outdoor terrace has a comfortable table where our guests can relax and have lunch or dinner outside. There is a workstation for those traveling for work. Washer/dryer.

    Walking distance to the Convention Center, Casino, TMobile District, Condado beach and a variety of restaurants & coffeeshops. Miramar is a very lively district. Right in the heart of Santurce. Close to Condado and Old San Juan.

The apartment was mostly clean, there were a few dead roaches under the sink, nothing major. A TV would be nice to have as well. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again overall.
