Fast communication and easy instructions from owner. The inside was clean and spacious and had chairs foe the beach, sunblock, towels and extra TP. The room was excellent. It was quiet and very close to the beach. From room 11H you have a nice view of the ocean.

Cute studio apartment, very clean, excellent location right on the strip next to ESJ towers... especially for the price. Pool area is great, short walk to beach access points. Excellent communication from property manager. Owner had thoughtful details in apt such as: beach towels and chairs, cooler, sunblock, aloe vera gel for sunburns, body wash, and even coffee creamer & sugar! Highly recommend and will def be staying here again!

My wife and me, we really enjoyed this property, very nice, great location, near to the beach, in Isla Verde, next to a great hotel ESJ, that had a wondering bar and discoteca that we enjoyed a lot the weekend. Thanks to Elizabeth for the service and recommendations.

11H condo at El Tropaz

The condo was clean and you could see the ocean from the balcony though we were farther away than we thought we would be. The bed was comfortable and the huge TV was a plus! The furniture was nice too. The shower had good water pressure. It was nice having beach toys, cooler and beach towelswould

Great experience

Love the apartment we enjoyed our time there. It was a great view and everything was pretty close to get to. We didn’t even need to rent a car because Ubers were so cheap. It was truly a great experience. Recommend this place for anyone that wants a little getaway with their significant other

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay here! The condo was super clean, and had all the amenities necessary. The host was super responsive to any needs we had. Location was great also, super close to the airport (But not too noisy), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and walking distance to the beach.

Perfect Spot

The condo is perfect for 2. It is located around lots of bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Loved the location! The beach is really nice and only a short walk. I am would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was very nice with a great side view of the ocean. It was very clean and had everything I needed for this trip. I would definitely recommend this condo for anybody who comes to Puerto Rico.

The space i had rented was clean and cozy. But the bathroom is small which may be a disadvantage for some. The complex manager was very helpful and hospitable. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful spot in Isla Verde

Loved the location and the pool. There’s some great restaurants nearby and the view is lovely. Some small cons to the property to be aware of: There is no direct beach access because the nearby road only allows guests to access that way. So you do have to take a slightly longer walk but it’s not terrible! The condo has a frosted glass door to the hallway, this allows a ton amount of light to come in at night! If you’re a sensitive sleeper do bring an eye mask.

Home away from home

We had a great time! Stayed here for a week, it was perfect location! View of the ocean, and a view of the night life. In the heart of Isla Verde, walking distance to everything. The AC worked great! The bed was very comfy, and although the water in the shower was confusing and took awhile to get hot, it worked out great! I can't complain really about anything! I will be back next year!!

Excellent stay

I would recommend this booking to anyone. Extremely clean studio, comfortable bed, balcony with view of the ocean, great location. The property manager has thought of everything you would need for your stay in PR. From beach chairs, beach towels buggy boards. The accommodations comes with anything you will need for the stay plates, cups, coffee machine, towels complimentary soap as well as sun block ect. This is the first time my fiancé and I have ever done a VRBO or anything similar we always stay at hotels. I have to say we will definitely be doing this again you get more for what you pay for compared to a hotel. Only thing the pool is not heated, so unless you at going during a time the weather is sunny and in the 90s all day the pool is freezing.

Nice Apartment

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The area was very walkable with many restaurants and stores. It was great to have a small kitchen in the apartment so we could make some of our own food. Direct beach access was blocked by most of the hotels, so we had to walk around the block which was longer than it looked on the map, but the beach itself was very nice. It was too windy while we were there to use the umbrella and the beach chairs were the kind that were flat on the sand so they were only comfortable for a short amount of time, but the ocean was beautiful and perfect for swimming. There was a lovely pool at the apartment and the complex felt very safe.

Awesome Experience

We stayed there for 14 nights. The condo unit was clean and comfy with an amazing view of the Main street and ocean. A major supermarket is only about 5 minutes away by walk. Several restaurants, CVS and Walgreens are also in the area. The airport is only 7-9 minutes away by car - super convenient! More importantly, what made our stay such a pleasant experience was the excellent assistance provided by the manager - Elizabeth!!! Also, we had a very nice phone conversation with the owner (Maria) during our stay. Highly recommend this condo unit if you visit P.R. One last thing - the swimming pool was Awesome!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this facility. It was our wedding anniversary of 49 years. It was a great stay. Everyone was very pleasant. The facility is near everything at Islas Verdes. The apartment was very clean. And the security was phenomenal. A big plus being right next door to Foxwood Casino. We definitely give this place a 10. Only down fall was the gate to enter the facility. Good thing security was always there. Our gate opener was not working. We thought maybe it was the battery. We tried to obtain a battery for it but could not find one to replace it. However someone was always at the security gate to open up for us. We will definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The condo had everything we needed. Was close to everything and about 10 mins from the beach. However, there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter and that was pretty annoying. The shower also never got hot. The tap water tasted horrible while brushing teeth, so use bottled. The water also smelled horrible while flushing. We got woken up at 9am every day during the week from construction in the building and them also fixing an elevator

St Tropez April 2024

Overall, our stay was nice. The property is quaint and is in a great location. It was clean and the furnishings were nice. This unit has all the necessities, coffee maker, toaster, some cooking utensils and the TV was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We only used the pool once and it was very clean. The kitchen faucet sprays erratically into the small sink and the bathroom sink didn't really have any hot water. There is no overnight staffing or any enforced "quiet hours" which was only a problem one night. This property does not have direct access to the beach, however its a short walk to several different public beach accesses. The grocery store is a short walk as is the pharmacy and several really good restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would go back to St Tropez.

The condo was delightful. Very clean and updated on the inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had ample white noise with fans and a well working air conditioning unit. Towels and beach accessories were provided. It was so close to the airport that our rental car place was .1 mile away! The pool was nice in the morning. To get to the beach you had to walk a little distance, which is typical for this area. I definitely recommend going into old San Juan or Condado for dinner restaurants. They had some great breakfast options nearby but the restaurants in walking distance were a little too touristy for me. The hosts were very , easy to talk to and work with and we will definitely be back on our next visit. One doesn’t have to rent a car to be here but it’s recommended to see more parts of Puerto Rico specially, if you want to go on the ferry to Vieques or north to see the beautiful local land.
