The cabin was conveniently located. There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy the amenities. The hot tub was broken during our entire stay, so that was disappointing. Bathrooms and bedding were clean. The floors were dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Overall, the cabin fit our needs, but between cleanliness and the broken hot tub, we'd likely not choose to stay again.

Extremely clean, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, all the jets worked on the hot tub, excellent location, very nice pool on the property. We will stay there again.

Mountain Trip Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Timeout Tavern! My children loved the pool and the hot tub! The cabin was clean and close to most attractions. There were a few small maintenance issues but overall we had an amazing stay! I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin is huge has one bedroom and a bathroom on the level floor kitchen and living room, upstairs you’ll find 2 huge beds and a sofa and a huge private bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom, so when you going to the bottom floor there’s a nice pool a game room another bedroom and a bath laundry and balcony Everything is very nice and cozy communication is excellent thanks for let us have a such great time

Nice cabin up in the mountains. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was a tad too chilly for us but some people may not mind it being a bit cooler. Beds were super comfy and the view was really pretty. Close to everything you would want to do from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg. Wi-Fi was good, TVs in all rooms but the bunk room. Neighborhood was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.

This house is excellent! We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, the showers so relaxing, the pool private and clean, the kitchen supplied with everything we needed! Fabulous

The cabin was just perfect!! Our ages ranged from 8mo to 62yrs and there was something for all to enjoy. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool (5 stars for that for sure). The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to prepare great breakfast and dinners. Toiletries well stocked also. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Game room was a big hit for all of us. Over all just perfect. Will definitely book again.

It was just as listed, was close to everything space was great and very open, would stay again, jus wish the rain had held off so the views would’ve been more clear, the hot tube was hit the pool not so other than beauty it was Dec and cold thought pool being indoor would’ve been heated but wasn’t. It was ok though we had plans more around the town than at the cabin.

Time out to get tuned in with my daughters

One of my daughters has been live in South Korea for over a year and just got back to the states.. This property and everything around it made the perfect getaway to get reacquainted. The cabin was clean, stylish, close to grocery stores and a little shopping. The views were also amazing. A little slice of happy with the ones that I love. We look forward to visiting the property again soon. The customer service was also top notch! Always available and responsive!

For the most part, we had a great experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again. Everything was clean, and the location was convenient. The layout was great for multiple families. The smoke alarm went off multiple times, and we couldn’t figure out why. We were cooking inside a typical amountâ€Ļmaybe they were extra sensitive? Stay Minty was responsive. A trash can in the 3rd floor bathroom would be helpful, but that’s an easy fix :-).

Great house! Perfect for mixed group

I stayed at this property with a group of 8 friends and it was perfect for our needs. The mountain views aren't the focal point of this property if that's what you're looking for. BUT, the rental company Stay Minty was super easy to work with, the house was well-maintained, and everything worked the way it was supposed to. The pool wasn't well heated, but it wasn't super cold either - definitely tolerable for those who are looking forward to the perk of an indoor pool! The table is a great size for playing games as a group. Kitchen had most of the implements for basic cooking, but it helped that we brought some extra supplies.

Great location, lots of space for everyone

The stay at the zip and dip was really nice, the pool and bunk room worked well for the kids. The hot tub was a perfect temp, the pool was a little cold, but, it is winter and the temp is controlled by the room temp. There was enough seating and the games were entertaining. But, the house only had a few pans, good thing there is a lodge store nearby:) they need to replenish the utensils, we didn’t have enough for the group. These are just minor things that didn’t ruin our vacation. The location was really close to all of the attractions. This was a definite plus. We were within 10 minutes of everything, and if you like to zip line, you are right around the corner.

Excellent Experience

I rely on reviews heavily when I am booking a VRBO so I want to address the things that I look for in a property! #1: Safety: This was a great location. I felt very safe and it was a family atmosphere with other cabins next to us. There was no one being loud or partying going on. We loved the area. We felt safe to go on evening walks and spend time outside. #2: Location: We were about 12 minutes away from any store. You are not at the top of the mountain but in the middle. Perfect distance if you want a bit of a view but also not in the middle of nowhere. #3: We loved our experience at the cabin. Check in/check out was easy, communicated with the property owners easily, VERY clean (don't listen to others reviews about it being dirty...definitely not an issue). We had a few minor issues like batteries in the remote being dead etc and the place actually sent us some Crumbl Cookies for our inconvenience. That was unexpected and unnecessary but they REALLY do care that you have a great experience. We also couldn't find the board games and when we came home one day there was a sack full of brand new board games on the porch for the cabin!! #4: The pool was small for teenagers but we brought an inflatable volleyball net and they had a blast in the pool!! They felt like they had their own little party cove in the basement with the game room,etc. They loved it! Great place, great owners who really care that you have a good time! Would stay there again!!

I will say the upstairs was really warm to the point we were sweating which was weird when we couldn’t have the AC lower than 68 and it was still very warm at 68.
