International travel nightmare

Horrible communication with owner and Vrbo -never updated our correct dates. Seeking full refund. Traveled international (US to Japan) and no response from either parties-basically we were stranded. Vrbo would not provide follow up with owner more than once a day and only guaranteed 3 day’s coverage of lodging despite 6 day booking. Confirmed less than 12 hours before booking-too many follow up calls with vrbo to choose this option again. Finally this post is not being submitted when pressing submit!
