Overall the staff did what they could (which in the end was nothing), my room smelt really musty to the point it was really off-putting. Furthermore.it was advertised as having a pool which was the whole reason I booked. Turns out it doesn't as this is only open from 1 July and you have to pay more to go in! No self laundry facilities (coin operated machinery) way way overpriced and underwhelming.cpmpared to other Prince group hotels I've stayed at.

Hotel was beautiful, with nice garden area. It is a bit of a walk to the nearest subway station, there are not much restaurants nearby. However if you are planning to enjoy the hotel, it is nicely decorated and they have restaurants inside.
