With the beach entrance just 240m away, you’ll love being able to pop over for a dip and rinse off easily at the outdoor shower.

The spacious undercover balcony features an 8-seater dining table, nestled among native trees to offer a private and tranquil setting for outdoor meals and morning coffees.

Downstairs, the kids will love the generous 3rd bedroom, complete with high ceilings, a tri-bunk, a single sofa bed, TV, and ceiling fan. This room opens out onto a small deck for enjoying the morning sunshine and also offers carport #1 access via a lockable second door.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 both include a Queen bed and ceiling fan for your comfort. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sick.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all your essential kitchenware to prepare meals in your home away from home. You'll find a fridge/freezer, Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO Pods), oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
