"The property was good, it was nice to have the privilege aspect. However, at the privilege beach, drinks were hard to get. The food over all was good. David our butler was amazing. It was a good property. No serious complaints. Enjoyed the trip! "

"Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, room service was excellent, and there were plenty of great food options and fine dining restaurants. The entertainment was well thought out—not just for kids, but for adults too. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and a large sandy area that our kids loved. There were lots of activities available throughout the day and into the evening. However, we did experience two downsides. First, the pool temperature became too warm by the end of the day, making it less refreshing. At times, the pool was also not as clean as expected. Second, the ocean conditions were disappointing—there was an overwhelming amount of seaweed, the water was not the clear turquoise we had hoped for, and there was a very unpleasant smell. While the staff did their best to clean the beach, it would have been helpful to be informed about the ocean conditions in advance, especially since swimming in the ocean was one of the main reasons we chose this destination. In light of that, it might be fair to adjust the price accordingly."

"Let’s starts with Sebastian, best bartender around. Carried a conversation with us for two days straight about Playa. Served up awesome cocktails and by far the best asset to this resort. Find him to be your bartender. Rooms were very nice beds comfy. If you have the standard room, you want to be in room 410-422 for a surprise! Wish Off the Hook was open to try but next time! Food was fantastic for what we had time for.. Mexican restaurant was decent but make sure you get to the Italian restaurant, Wow was our food amazing there! Pool was nice, but the food hideout is at the beach bar! Check it out! "

"My husband and I enjoyed our time as we were only there to relax. We got the swim out room which was great bc we were able to relax in the pool at all times. The staff kept the property spic and span. The drinks were ok. They provided personal bottles in our room which were very strong. The buffet was ok. It’s Really what you make of it but the restaurants are great. I loved the Rodeo grill. The only thing is I wished they provided more information about amenities upon arrival versus me having to dial 0 every time I had a question. Nevertheless they answered quickly each time. "

"We were looking for an all inclusive that did not feel like it was “mass produced”. The attention to detail and food and cleanliness was excellent. The staff are amazing (shout out to Gustavo (concierge), Carlos and Emilio (indoor wait staff) and Kevin (outdoor waitstaff). If you are looking for big, loud with lots of night life - this is not for you …. But we were looking for a peaceful week away and had plenty of options if we were interested in getting out of our pool chairs. Highly recommend. "
