"Simply the best, I have been staying here every time I visit Hong Kong for nearly 15 years . The location is ideal and close to everything you need. Very friendly for families with kids or to a business trip. The stuff is amazing and made us feel like the most important guest every time we stay. Looking forward to our next stay next time we visit Hong Kong "

"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor and lack of USB charging points. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the good sound proofing allows a quiet rest."

"This hotel is in the heart of Central and there are a tonne of food options nearby. Bed is comfortable with both firm and soft pillows for options. Shower has good water pressure and hot water. "
