"I had a very pleasant experience during my two-night stay. The hotel has a lounge where you can watch TV, work, or read, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for preparing food and drinks. The management and housekeeping staff were helpful and courteous, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient and easily accessible."

"Wouldn’t stay here again it’s not clean, found dead roaches in the bathroom, they never cleaned the room during my 5 night stay, front desk was never present, several workers roaming around the property. I never leave reviews but this time I had to because it was very unpleasant and it’s not that I’m a picky traveler whatsoever."

"First time at the Orchid House and absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Fabiola and Luis were amazing. Fabiola is a great chef and is so genuinely kind and the fact that she is also a great cook is an absolute plus. Loved her chilaquiles and banana bread. Luis was also very kind and helpful. Will totally come back"
