St. Augustine Bar Hotel

"To be honest this hotel exceeded my expectations, I thought it was more like those poor motels but when I enter to the room it was different. Beds very clean and very white sheets, the bathroom also super clean, all white and modern, towels were super clean and white. But what I LOVED the most is "NO PETS ALLOWED". Can't think of the idea that I have to sleep where a PET sleeps. I recommend this hotel 100%."

"The reviews we read before booking this had to be made by the owners and their friends. This was a TERRIBLE stay. While the rooms are remodeled they are VERY small-really too small for two people. The bathroom is TINY. There was not an outlet in the bathroom or the “vanity” area. The room smelled of marijuana. They allow pets and a dog next to us barked all night. There was an ironing board but no iron. When we left to check out two days early so we could find a new property, a man who appeared to be homeless was sitting outside of our door. I under no circumstances would stay here again. "

No one was willing to resolve the issue for what I paid very very dissatisfied in the hotel and Hotels.com."
