The staff were incredibly helpful and informative, and we really appreciated how quiet the room was despite being in the airport. Overall, we loved it!"

The concierge we used to pass on items to a third party laundry we give were super helpful. The receptionists were well equipped with helpful information in both English and Mandarin.
