"We had a lovely long weekend stay. The hotel has lots of character . Set in a great location for visiting the area. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast choice and quality is excellent. We stayed in the coach house, a great size room with lots of facilities . Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. "

"Had a lovely time food in the bear pub and the bistro excellent staff friendly the only bad comment I have is I do not appreciate dogs being the the eating areas I was aware that the hotel was dog friendly but I really don’t think they should be where people are eating surely they should leave the dog or dogs in their rooms while dining "

"We were at the castle for a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The castle was perfect, authentic and and magical. There is a tavern on the property but if you want to walk there are lots of puns and shops within a mile or two. Lots of activities at the castle we highly recommend the tour. Worth the visit!!"

"We enjoyed our stay @Hotel du vin 👍 Location was perfect for a first time stay in Stratford upon Avon. It was very central and an easy walk into town centre where we planned our sightseeing. Facilities at hotel were great. Worth downloading the Ring-go parking app as bedroom overlooking car park and in close proximity. We didn’t use the car for the duration of our 2 night stay. Staff were excellent and happy to help - including assisting my sister with breakfast options to take back to room when I was unfortunately not feeling well on morning of departure. We will definitely consider a return to hotel for a future visit as we missed out on a couple of historical landmarks!!"

"Fabulous for a brief overnight stay to break our long journey from the South West to the North East. The facilities looked fantastic but sadly didn’t get chance to make full use of these as it was a flying visit for us. Will definitely stay again and hopefully get chance to enjoy the dining and spa experience next time. Good convenient access from M42, the grounds around the hotel were very pretty, the room was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking, pleasant, helpful staff. Everything was perfect for me, the only negative was that my daughter and her toddler prefer a bath, so they were disappointed that it was only a shower."

"Great place to stay. Went for the British masters weekend. Well organised. The food was fabulous. All the staff were polite and helpful. "

"Stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at nearby Warwick. We arrived before our check-in time, but after a coffee we were allowed access to the room early. The room was lovely and clean with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference. The bathroom was a little dated, but perfectly clean, although it had no bin in it. Also there was no hairdryer in the room, but possibly could have been provided if asked for. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A very acceptable place to stay and I would recommend if you just need to basics of somewhere clean to lay your head with no fancy extras."

"A good sized room with plently of space. Shower over the bath in the bathroom. Clean and comfortable room, as well as the rest of the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. The service and food in the restuarant for dinner and breakfast was very good."
