"Good food (options and quality), good service and activities, room was spacious. Liked the pool options and was kid friendly with a small kid slide pool and kids club. Great stay overall! "

"The staff at this hotel is amazing - particularly the servers at breakfast and the pools. Jose, Roberto, Cruz and more took great care of us. Room was immaculate, spa was a treat, and we love how you enter the lobby at the top floor and descend into the hotel. As frequent guests, we see the hotel getting older, but it is well cared for and the team was anxious to make sure we had a great stay."
"My trip was overall excellant,bessides arriving right after the hurricane, roads in and out were rough.
Service was great, Louis at the pool bar was always ready to serve. Transportation through Destination Services I had Alex help me and she was fantastic. Meals in all the restaurants were beyond what I expected."
