Kim Ma 3 Stars Hotels

I´ve been in 3 hotels in Hanoi and this one was the best. Very kind staff, good room. The room is little but is good. The only problem is that courtain in the bathroom possibilitiy a little flood.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a family to Hanoi. It is located in the bustling old quarter right which is totally buzzing. This hotel is an example of why boutique hotels are in fact better than than the 5 star chains. They go the extra mile and it feels like a personal service. We arrived and checked in on my birthday. We had a great 3 night stay here. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive with anything you need both in the hotel and the local area. Easy walking to the lake, shopping spas and good restaurants. Room was spacious and clean, lots of sports channels and a fr/ bottle of wine. The amenities in the bathroom are good (even a razar), though you might want to bring your own shampoo/conditioner.

We stayed at Hanoi guesthouse royal for 3 nights and it was a really fantastic experience. Their service was even better than a 5 stars hotel, all the front desk staff was with a smiley face. At the first night we planned to buy the water puppet show ticket but unfortunately the ticket office had closed when we arrived, after that we seek for the hotel staff help and they helped us to buy the ticket in the next day without any surcharge. At the last day we planned to eat breakfast...

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. They recommend lots of good restaurants and worth-seeing attractions. Highly recommend Golden Art Hotel for its price.
