Not only are they dishonest their facilities are poorly maintained and the staff is pathetically inattentive.
There are so many better places to stay in Playa Del Carmen. I strongly suggest you do not stay here.
If you do decide to stay at this location, do not leave any valuables in the open. Lock everything up in a safe place in your luggage. ”

“I booked (and payed an additional EUR 8)) for the "Suite" (not the Twin/Double room) to have small cooking place available. However, I got the room without the cooking facility.
Also, the reception staff I had at the counter spoke Spanish only. Her English was limited to a handful of words. It took quite a while to get my pancakes for breakfast so take that into account when you have plans for the day.

“The hotel doesn't offer much but for the price and location it was great. The room we received was very clean and well equipped. The property was also very clean. The only cons are the bed was a bit hard and the jacuzzi on rooftop was out of order.”
