“My husband and I have stayed here 3 times. Each one was a great experience. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools. It’s also close to our son’s and the restaurants where we like to eat. Love that breakfast is included. Beds are very comfortable and they have a good sized TV. The beach was not too crowded either.”

“This is a fleshly renovated establishment . It was like a breath of fresh air when you walked in. Everything so " fresh ". I particularly liked the tile floors versus the nasty carpet that are in a lot of places. A broom and dust pan are available to sweep up the sand you track in. The kitchen is " sparsly " furnished with pots, plates and silverware. I'm on vacation......no plans to cook LOL so, I didn't have an issue with that. Nice big walk in shower. The pool is across the street, behind……

“The staff here was just top notch. Very responsive to requests, and the manager was amazing. My daughter was sick during our trip and the manager helped us so much. The hotel itself, very cool place.”

“I stayed here in the early 1980s, when I was in my early teens. It has been upgraded since then, but still provided that wonderful nostalgic feeling I had when I first visited the Outer Banks! I wanted my kids to experience this as well, so we booked a room for several days.
We stayed in a courtyard room, which was still very quiet and comfortable, despite being next to the entrance drive. Unlike most beach motels, parking was NEVER an issue! We always had a spot close to the room.
