“Property was ok. Trash in places. The swim up pools smelled like a lake. The beach was not in great condition. Couldn’t really get any adult beverages until 10am. The staff very pushy about the legendary club even called the room multi times a day. Won’t be returning to this resort. ”

“Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is……

“El lugar es muy bonito pero la habitación estaba sucias , nos quedamos en una habitación sean kan máster suite , el jacuzzi no servía , las puertas no cerraban , la ducha estaba tapada y la nevera vacía. La atención de la recepción muy mala. Lo único bueno los meseros y los del bar súper atentos y la señora de la cafetería súper amable y dulce. ”

“Amansala is a beautiful hotel with great staff, awesome beach club, and lovely rooms and ambience. Although, it is noisy! We were woken up each morning to grunting and barking and coaching from the retreat classes over a microphone that echoed throughout the hotel grounds. So, if you are booking a room here as a non-retreat guest, beware. There was also frequent construction going on behind our room. All this to say it was a beautiful place to stay, the main downside was the noise. ”
